The Munich Mineral Show has established itsself within 47 years to Europe's most important and traditional trade show for the public and visiting professionals. Annually in autumn over 1'100 exhibitors from 56 countries present the most precious specimens that the world of minerals, gems and fossils has to offer. Around 40'000 visitors come every year to witness the newest trends in the market. The Munich Mineral Show is a colourful treasure chamber to marvel at, purchase, and collect.

We are able to bring the most spectacular treasures of nature to Munich - from the most fascinating gems to legendary fossils to the biggest gold and crystal findings of the Alps. The who-is-who of the international mineral and gemstone scene get together at the Munich Show.

Our elaborate special exhibits provide the popular event character, that appeal to all target groups. In addition there are plenty of programs and activities where people can participate in as well as a WellnessIsland, where visitors can find time to relax and try out the many wellness programs and products.

Special Exhibits 2010

The 27 stars on the flag sparkle like the finest gemstones, as if the founding fathers had already been aware of their luck: Brazil is the hiding place of incredible and uniquely precious "Mineral Beauties". The exclusive special exhibit "Arco Iris - The Brazilian Gemstone-Rainbow over Munich" will surely enchant all visitors.

The Santana formation in Brazil counts as one of the most important  paleontological sites worldwide. The fossils found there are incredibly beautiful and very detailed. The FossilPark offers the perfect backround for flora and fauna of prehistoric life and ancient times.

The alpine highlight 2010 is called "Crystal Treasures from Europe's Rooftop" and features minerals from the Mont Blanc region. Renowned extrem crystal searchers, collectors and museums show their most impressive findings.
